Imran Khan Technical Services is a technical services company based in Satwa, working across Dubai on the things that break in a home or an office — air conditioning, washing machines and cookers, plumbing and wiring, tiling and paint.
The person who quotes your job is the person who does it. That is the whole reason we would rather tell you a repair is not worth doing than sell you one: we are not passing the work to a subcontractor and hoping you do not call back.

The price comes before the work, not after it
The part people worry about is not the repair, it is the bill at the end. So every job is quoted before anything starts, and if we open something up and find worse than expected, we stop and tell you rather than running up the total.

01Are you a company or an individual tradesperson?
Imran Khan Technical Services L.L.C. is a registered Dubai company with a small team of technicians. We are deliberately not a call centre passing work to whoever is free.
02Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes — offices, shops and villas as well as apartments. Annual maintenance contracts are a common arrangement for commercial properties, where a failure interrupts business rather than just comfort.
03What areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of it, in practice. We are based in Satwa and regularly work in Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Business Bay, Downtown, JVC, JVT, Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Al Quoz and the surrounding communities.
04How do I get a price?
