Contracts & Call-outs

An annual maintenance contract covers scheduled preventive visits through the year — air conditioning, plumbing and electrical — plus priority response when something fails between them. Contracts are priced per property after a survey, because a two-bedroom apartment and a five-bedroom villa are not comparable. Almost every expensive failure we attend was preventable and gave warning first; a contract is how someone notices in time.

Emergency call-out is for the things that cannot wait: a burst pipe, water through a ceiling, a total power failure, a burning smell from a socket, or an AC failure in peak summer. For these, calling is faster than any online form.

Hourly handyman work is for the opposite case — a list of small jobs, none of which justifies its own visit, all of which can be done in one afternoon. Saving up small jobs and doing them together is the cheapest way to use us, because travel and setup time is the same whether we do one job or eight.
