- Contact details: your name, phone number (including WhatsApp) and email address.
- Service address: the property where the work is to be carried out, and any access instructions you provide.
- Job details: what you have asked us to look at, photographs or videos you send us of a fault, our findings, the work carried out and the parts supplied.
- Quotation and payment records: quotations issued, invoices, and the method and status of payment.
- Messages: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the request form on this site.
Information collected automatically
- Website usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site.
- Cookies: small files used to make the site work and to understand how it is used. See below.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To schedule a technician, reach the property and carry out the work.
- To order the correct parts for your job.
- To invoice you and keep proper accounting records.
- To handle follow-up visits, warranty questions and complaints.
- To keep a service history for the property so a returning technician knows what was done before.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE.
Photographs of work
Our technicians may photograph a fault and the completed work as a record of the job. These images are kept with the job record. We will not publish a photograph of your property, or use one in our marketing, without asking you first.
WhatsApp and phone
Many customers contact us by WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are held on your device, our device and WhatsApp's own service under its terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Please do not send us payment card details, passwords or copies of identity documents through any messaging service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is needed to do the work or to run the business:
- Our technicians and staff, so they can reach the property and carry out the job.
- Suppliers, where a part must be ordered for your job — limited to what the order requires.
- Subcontractors, where specialist work is involved, under an obligation to protect your information.
- Building management or your landlord, only where access or permission requires it and normally at your request.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and government authorities where the law requires disclosure.
- Website and IT providers who host this site and our systems.
How long we keep it
- Job and invoice records: for as long as needed to support warranty questions and to meet UAE tax and accounting requirements.
- Enquiries that do not become jobs: a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted.
- Messages: kept while relevant to a job or a dispute.
