Imran Khan Technical Services works across Dubai on the things that break in a home or an office — air conditioning, washing machines and cookers, plumbing and wiring, tiling and paint.
One team covers all of it, so a job that turns out to need two trades does not need two contractors. We look at the work, quote it, and only then begin.

01Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. Where a fault needs investigation to diagnose, the inspection itself is chargeable and we tell you that before we come — the diagnosis is the work you receive.
02How quickly can you come?
Most repairs can be attended the same day, and emergencies are prioritised. Larger jobs like painting or tiling are usually booked a day or two ahead so we can bring the right materials.
03Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of it, in practice. We are based in Satwa and regularly work in Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Business Bay, Downtown, JVC, JVT, Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Al Quoz and the surrounding communities. If you are not sure, ask.
04How much will my repair cost?
It depends on the fault, which is why we quote per job rather than publishing a price list. A blocked drain and a compressor replacement are not comparable work. You get the figure before we start, and it does not change unless you approve additional work.
05Do you work on commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. Offices, shops and villas as well as apartments. Annual maintenance contracts are a common arrangement for commercial properties where a failure interrupts business.
06What if the repair does not hold?
Tell us and we will come back and inspect. Where the problem is caused by our workmanship or a part we supplied, we put it right at no additional labour cost.
07Do you supply the parts?
Usually, and any manufacturer warranty on the part is passed to you. If you would rather supply your own we will fit them where it is safe to do so, though we cannot take responsibility for the parts themselves.
08Can you do several jobs in one visit?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to use us. Travel and setup time is the same whether we do one job or eight, so saving up small jobs into a single handyman visit gets far better value than calling each time.
