01How quickly can you come?
Most repairs can be attended the same day, and emergencies are prioritised. Larger jobs like painting or tiling are usually booked a day or two ahead so we can bring the right materials.
02Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free with no obligation. Where a fault needs investigation to diagnose, the inspection itself is chargeable and we tell you that before we come.
03What are your hours?
We work through the day, six days a week, and take emergency calls outside those hours. If you are calling about something urgent, call rather than message.
